Les Filles du Metal (Metal Girls) is selling Advertising space. Why ?
To pay the hosting, the domain name, the time spend in updating and looking
for informations... and to keep this website growing, a site who is free ! The today's
advertising companies are not providing us with interesting ads for our visitors, so
if you are a band, an online (or not) specialized store (CD, musical instruments...),
a hard-rock/metal magazine, a label... your promotionnal compaigns are welcome.
 The website
- Les Filles du Metal (Metal Girls) presence on the web date from early 1999.
December 2001 have seen more than 25,000 visitors who have seen more than 210,000
pages ! Those numbers are increasing every month... (source Xiti)
- Visitors comes from Europe more than 40% of the time, North-America for near than 20%
and 10% from South-America.
The offers
- Advertising is sold via :
• CPM, or per 1,000 exposures (times your banner is displayed): rate is 6€ per 1,000 exposures,
• CPC, or per click: rate is 0.3€ per click,
• Month: rate is 100€ per month,
• Categories sponsorships (site of the months, directory...): negotiated rate,
• Monthly newsletter: rate starting from 10€ per month (depending on the size,
length...).
- Our going rates are much lower than most web sites that offer this service. Why so low ?
We don't feel the need to overcharge for unsold banner space. We would much rather
see your banner than nothing at all.
- All you need to get started is :
• A Banner (468x60 pixels) or buttons or other shapes (Jpg, Gif, animated Gif, Flash
or HTML format),
• A Web Site or URL to advertise.
- There is a 3,000 exposure minimum buy. Please contact us for information on discounts
and special exceptions.
